Level One

In the Level One classroom you will observe students faces light up as they learn a silly new song, zip their coats by themselves, or build a block tower higher than ever guided by their instructor Miss Dundas.

Children enter Level 1 filled with wonder, hope, enthusiasm, and a love of learning. They come eager to take on new challenges and anticipating the wonder of the “big school.” Students leave Level One transformed into confident, independent thinkers and learners beginning to think more logically and organizing information symbolically.

Level One1 uses Open Court Reading, Saxon Math, and other learning strategies in whole group and work stations that allow students to work towards their unique potential.

Level One has students from 4 to 6 years old in a Kindergarten and 1st grade combined classroom. We can take 4 year olds turning 5 by December 31st of the current school year. Our school is funded from the state for 1/2 day Kindergarten. If you would like to enroll your student, you can download our application.
