Our Spanish program is taught by Jennifer Baker, using an effective Spanish interactive curriculum that integrates the fine arts, creating a successful approach to learning. The Sing 'n Speak Spanish™ program makes it fun to learn a new language. It includes Hand TPR (total physical response); a multisensory, active approach to learning a language. Instruction builds upon vocabulary and grammar, aiding in retention, understanding and fluency. Puppets are utilized for interactive skits to help children converse in Spanish more easily. Songs reinforce vocabulary while students learn the richness of Hispanic culture. Through speaking, singing, moving and role-playing, the course promotes a feeling of involvement, achievement, and success in children.
