Jennifer L. Baker

 

Our Director, Jennifer L. Baker has been with Willow Creek Charter for 16 years. She is an accomplished business professional with a versatile background as an administrator, project supervisor, fiscal manager, and team director. Jennifer is committed to ensuring all students are inspired to achieve their own potential and leads her team to find the most successful ways to ensure this happens.

 

Over her years at Willow Creek Charter, she has designed and coordinated school-wide systems to help inspire new teaching methods with improved accountability using data and processes. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Business Associates degree, and an Ordained Animal Chaplain with over 32 years of business experience. Jennifer fully believes in our mission of the potential of every student, celebrating their unique qualities within our Willow Creek Charter family.
