Dear Parents,
This is a reminder about the use of Willow Creek Charter’s Chromebooks for distance learning. You and your children signed a Chromebook Loan Agreement at the beginning of the year that detailed the appropriate usage of our Chromebooks, including guidelines for proper care, damaging Chromebooks, and proper use of them.
While most of our students are using them properly, we have found that some students are using them incorrectly, such as playing games, searching on YouTube, etc. These are not activities that are meant for school and the Chromebooks are intended to be used ONLY for school requirements.
To ensure that these are being used properly, you can check your child’s use of the Chromebooks by logging into their Google account and checking their history (to get there, go to the upper right hand corner and select the three vertical dots and choose history).
